Ingredients
2 1/4 pound skirt steak
Marinade
1 orange, thinly sliced with peel
1/3 onion, thinly sliced
4 garlic cloves
sea salt and black pepper
1 cup light-colored beer – larger style
1/2 cup soy sauce
Directions
- In a shallow glass baking dish, scatter the orange and onion slices on the bottom.
- Add all remaining ingredients to the dish, including the steak.
- Cover and marinate overnight.
- Grill on medium heat until the desired temperature is reached.
