2018 Melissa’s Birthday Gluten Free Orange Brownies

Ingredients 

1 1/2 cups Swerve sweetener  

1/2 cup orange olive oil 

1/2 teaspoon salt

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 scoop No Whey (pea protein powder) 

3/4 cup  baking cocoa

3 large eggs

3/4 cup gluten free flour 

1 teaspoon baking powder

1 cup Lily’s chocolate chips 

Filling

1 4oz cream cheese

1 4oz greek yogurt 

8-10 drops liquid orange stevia 

1 scoop No Whey (pea protein powder) 

1-2 TBSP coconut milk 

Directions 

  1. Mix ingredients for brownies in a large bowl.  
  2. With coconut oil grease a 9 x 12 glass pan. 
  3. Spread brownie batter evenly on the bottom of glass pan. 
  4. Mix ingredients for the filling in a medium bowl.  
  5. Cut filling into brownie batter. 
  6. Bake at 350 for 50 minutes or until done in the center. 
  7. Enjoy!
