2018 Week 28 Cedar plank Salmon and Chicken

Ingredients 

Cedar planks (soaked in water at least 2 hours) 

2 Chicken breast 

2 Salmon fillets 

Chicken seasoning – I use this one

Fish seasoning – I use this one

1-3 TBSP extra virgin olive oil 

Instructions

  1. Massage meat with extra virgin olive oil and season with appropriate seasoning.  
  2. Place meat on cedar plank and grill on medium heat.  
  3. Enjoy!
