Ingredients
5 eggs
10 slices of bread – I bake Anna’s and add No Whey – Pea Protein powder
5 slices of cheese
Ghee
Instructions
1. Spread ghee one side of each piece of bread, set aside.
2. In a frying pan, melt a little ghee over low heat.
3. Fry eggs so the yokes are cooked how you like them.
4. Add salt and pepper to taste.
5. Once done, remove from flame.
6. In a separate frying pan, add a slice of bread, buttered side down.
7. Add a slice of cheese.
8. Top with one fried egg.
9. Top with another piece of bread, buttered side up.
10. Cover pan with a lid and cook until cheese is melted and bread is golden brown on both sides.
