Week 43 Quinoa Mason Jar Salad

Ingredients 

1 cup cooked quinoa 

1/4 cup black currants (soaked in warm water and drained) 

1/2 cup hazelnuts 

1/4 cup green onions sliced 

1/4 cup blue cheese 

2 grilled chicken breast 

2 cups mixed greens 

Directions 

  1. Layer ingredients into 4 mason jars in the following order.  1/4 cup quinoa, 1 TBSP currants, 2 TBSP hazelnuts, .5 cooked chicken breast, 1 TBSP green onions.  Fill to the top with mixed greens.  
  2. Enjoy!
