2017 Week 22 Shrimp, Broccoli and Noodle Mason Jar Salad

Ingredients

3/4 cup shredded broccoli slaw

1/3 cup cooked brown rice spaghetti

1/3 cup snow peas, halved

2 ounces cooked shrimp

2 teaspoons golden raisins

2 tablespoons sliced green onions

1 teaspoon toasted sesame seeds

1 tablespoon low-fat sesame-ginger salad dressing (I used Bragg’s dressing)

1 tablespoon orange juice

1/2 of a small orange, cut into wedges

Directions 

  1. Cook brown rice pasta according to directions.
  2. Layer Mason jars in the following order; orange, dressing, orange juice, pasta, sesame seeds, raisins, snow peas, green onions, shrimp, broccoli slaw.
  3. Enjoy!
