2017 Week 21 Crockpot Balsamic Pork Roast

INGREDIENTS:

2 pound boneless pork roast 

sea salt, to taste

1/2 tsp garlic powder

1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes

1/3 cup chicken or vegetable broth

1/3 cup balsamic vinegar

1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

1 tablespoon honey

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Place pork roast in the bottom of the crockpot. 
  2. Mix all ingredients in a bowl. 
  3. Pour over roast and cook all day on low. 
  4. Enjoy!
