INGREDIENTS
1/2 cup plain Greek Yogurt
8 ounces cream cheese softened
1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
dash fresh ground pepper
8 ounces Swiss cheese, chopped
16 ounces uncured ham, chopped (I use Apple Gate Farms lunch meat)
20 ounces grilled chicken breast, cubed
1/2 cup chicken broth
1/2 cup sprouted bread crumbs
INSTRUCTIONS
- Mix Greek Yogurt and cream cheese until well combined.
- Stir in the Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, garlic powder, and pepper.
- Add in the Swiss cheese, ham, chicken, and chicken broth.
- Spread mixture out into a 9×13-inch casserole dish. Top with bread crumbs if desired.
- Bake at 350°F for 20-25 minutes or until top begins to brown.
