2020 Week 23 Grilled Skirt Steak

Ingredients
1 organge, thinly sliced with peel
1/2 onion, thinly sliced
4 garlic cloves, halved and crushed
Sea salt and fresh ground black pepper
1 cup light-colored beer (larger style)
1/2 cup soy sauce
skirt steak
Directions
1. Place all ingredients in a ziploc bag or glass container to marinate overnight.
2. Grill over medium heat to your desired temperature.
3. Enjoy!
