2020 Week 23 Grilled Chicken with lemon and oregano

Ingredients

2 garlic cloves
3 TBSP EVOO
2 TBSP lemon juice
8 chicken thighs
1/2 cup chicken broth
1 tsp dried oregano

Directions

1. Place all ingredients in a ziploc bag or glass container and marinate for a min 2 hours or overnight.
2. Grill over medium heat until chicken is completely done.
3. Enjoy!
