2019 Week 15 Crockpot Steak

Ingredients

3-4 lb round steak

1/2 cup beef broth

1 Tbsp minced onion

1 tsp garlic powder

1/2 tsp salt

1/2 tsp black pepper

4 Tbsp butter sliced thinly

Instructions

  1. Place round steak in the crockpot.
  2. Slowly pour the beef broth over the meat.
  3. Next sprinkle the minced onion, garlic powder, salt and pepper over the steak.
  4. Arrange butter slices on top.
  5. Place lid on slow cooker and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours.
  6. Serve and enjoy over brown rice and with a vegetable.
