2019 Week 12 Grilled Tandoori Chicken

Ingredients 

3/4 cup coconut milk

2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil

2 tablespoons tandoori seasoning

Chicken thighs & breast 

Instructions 

  1. Combine all ingredients in a glass marinating dish or ziploc bag.
  2. Freeze or marinate overnight. 
  3. Grill to desired doneness. 
  4. Enjoy!
