Ingredients
1/4 cup beef broth
3/4 cup hoisin sauce
3-4 scallions, diced
2 TBSP gochujang (Korean hot pepper paste)
1 TBSP honey
2 to 3 beef short ribs
salt/pepper
Serve with brown rice
Instructions
- Whisk together all ingredients and pour over ribs in the crockpot.
- Cook all day on low.
- Serve with brown rice and additional scallions.
- Enjoy!
