2018 Week 38 Crockpot Spicy Asian Beef Ribs

Ingredients 

1/4 cup beef broth

3/4 cup hoisin sauce

3-4 scallions, diced

2 TBSP gochujang (Korean hot pepper paste)

1 TBSP honey

2 to 3 beef short ribs

salt/pepper

Serve with brown rice 

Instructions

  1. Whisk together all ingredients and pour over ribs in the crockpot.
  2. Cook all day on low.
  3. Serve with brown rice and additional scallions.
  4. Enjoy!
