2018 Week 33 Grilled Greek Chicken

Ingredients

1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil

1 lemon, zest & juice

1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt

1 Tablespoon red wine vinegar

1 teaspoon minced garlic 

1 1/2 teaspoons dried oregano

1/2 tsp coriander

1 teaspoon kosher salt

1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients together and add chicken.
  2. Marinate overnight,
  3. Grill over medium heat until chicken is cook through.
  4. Enjoy!
