Ingredients
2 cups mixed salad greens
4 dried figs, stemmed and sliced
2 oz. cooked chicken chopped
1 ounce fresh goat cheese, crumbled
1.5 tablespoons slivered almonds, preferably toasted
Dressing
2 teaspoons extra-virgin olive oil
2 teaspoons balsamic vinegar
.5 teaspoon honey
Pinch of sea salt
Freshly ground pepper to taste
Directions
- Layer ingredients in the following order in the Mason jar.
- Dressing, figs, almonds, goat cheese, chicken and mixed greens.
- Multiple recipe to make ahead for the week.
