Week 38 Grilled Raspberry Chicken

INGREDIENTS

1 tablespoon Dijon mustard

6 boneless skinless chicken breasts

1 1/2 cups fresh raspberries (frozen will work also)

DIRECTIONS

1.  Heat gas or charcoal grill. 

2. Mix raspberries and mustard together in a small bowl. Refrigerate.

3. Place chicken on grill. Cover. Cook over medium heat for 15-20 minutes, occasionally brushing with mixture and turning once.

5. Enjoy.
