2017 Week 21 Jerk Pork and Fish

Ingredients 

Pork chops &/or Salmon

1 teaspoon dried thyme leaves

1 teaspoon ground allspice

2 tablespoons brown sugar

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon pepper

1/2 tablespoon garlic powder

1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

1/4 teaspoon cayenne

2 tablespoons olive oil

2 tablespoons lime juice

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a heavy duty freezer bag. Add meat and turn to coat in marinade.
  2. Freeze or refrigerate. 
  3. Grill or bake.  If baking, bake at 350 for 20-30 minutes.
