Ingredients
4 boneless chicken breasts
salt and freshly ground black pepper
1/2 cup diced onion
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 cup honey
2 Tbsp tomato paste
2 Tbsp apple cider vinegar
1/2 cup low sodium soy sauce
2 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil
1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
Garnish
1/2 Tbsp toasted sesame seeds
1 green onion, sliced
Directions
- Place chicken breast in the bottom of the crockpot.
- Mix all ingredients through red pepper flakes in a bowl and pour over chicken.
- Cook all day on low.
- Serve with toasted sesame seeds and green onions as garnish.
