2019 Week 24 Grilled Balsamic Chicken

Ingredients 

1/3 cup balsamic vinegar

3 tablespoons low-sodium soy sauce (or tamari)

2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce

2 tablespoons finely-chopped fresh rosemary

2 tablespoons olive oil

2 teaspoons Dijon mustard

1 teaspoon each: garlic powder and freshly-cracked black pepper

1/2 teaspoon onion powder

Instructions

  1. Place all ingredients in a food safe bag to freeze for future use.
  2. Gill chicken over medium heat until done.
  3. Enjoy!
