Week 47 Crockpot Sugar Chicken

INGREDIENTS:

5 chicken thighs

2 tablespoons garlic, minced

1/2 teaspoon sea salt

1/4 teaspoon black pepper

1/3 cup coconut sugar 

DIRECTIONS:

1. Add the chicken, salt, pepper and garlic to the slow cooker.

2. Mix it up then flip the chicken skin side up.

3. Sprinkle on the coconut sugar.

4. Turn crockpot to keep warm and cook all day.
